RACHEL SHENTON
Co-founder/Director
Rachel Shenton is an OSCAR WINNING writer and actress who forged a successful career in the UK appearing in a number of prime-time television shows such as Waterloo Road, Doctors, Holby City, and Hollyoaks. In 2014 Rachel made her American TV debut, starring in the multi-award-winning show Switched At Birth for ABC, playing series regular Lilly Summers. In March 2018 Rachel won her first Academy Award for The Silent Child, a film which she wrote and starred in. Rachel can now be seen in the hit series All Creatures Great and Small playing the role of Helen Alderson. Although incredibly busy with professional commitments, and her first feature film in pre-production, Rachel loves to meet the students each month to pass on to them her knowledge, guidance, and expertise.
CINDY SASHA
Co-founder/Director
Cindy Sasha is a British Tamil visual artist, producer, and academic who studied Climate Science MSc at Kingston University in 2012. Cindy has 25 years of experience as a professional creative and has worked closely with award-winning artists and projects; over the last 10 years, Cindy has dedicated her time to environmental, political, and social activism.
Cindy has worked in film, music, radio, and fashion rebelling against commercial trends and mediocrity. Most recently Cindy focuses her work on story-telling through photography and film. Having grown up with a deaf sister, Cindy is passionate about creating opportunities for the deaf community.

Stephanie Greenstreet is an experienced enterprise organisation design strategist and film streaming strategist. Stephanie led the development of Accenture UK’s leadership chapter for their Inclusion and Diversity go-to-market strategy

Amanda Casson-Webb is an experienced charity leader and BSL/English interpreter with over thirty years experience of working in the Deaf Community. Amanda was Joint Chief Executive at the Royal Association for Deaf people (RAD) where, before leaving the organisation in 2023, key successes included growing the organisation’s profile and reach, achieving greater financial stability, and developing a well supported and motivated staff team. A CODA (Child of Deaf Adults), Amanda is proud of her deaf roots and culture.
